- Return Window
Customers can return eligible products within 5days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is in unused, resellable condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included.
- The product is returned with the original invoice/order number
Exceptions (No Return):
- Damaged due to misuse, accidental damage by the customer
- Consumable items (e.g., sealed batteries once opened)
- Software / digital downloads (some exceptions may apply)
- Faulty / Defective Items
If the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective:
Customer must report within 24-48 hours of receiving the product
A replacement or refund will be issued once the defect is verified
- Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7β10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Exchange Option
Customers can choose to exchange the item (same model) if itβs in original condition and within the return window β useful for wrong sizes/colors.

Customer Pays Shipping, unless itβs a faulty/defective item

All products and services are provided with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period, where such warranty is offered. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined by the manufacturer or service provider. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
